Absolutely shocking place. Staff are simply lazy. Food took 50 minutes to come out and was stone cold. The staff just ignored the many taes of dirty plates. They walked past them many times while on their way to THE KITCHEN!!! ignorant woman lording herself and ignoring requests for information on where our food was at, literally just walked past and ignored a very clear 'excuse me'. She proceeded to head to the bar where she spent the next 10 minutes chatting with her friends. Honestly, I am and have always been a spoons fan and this is the first time that I have walked away in disbelief.

Disappointment.
The MANAGER was just rude at the bar and took my order wrong. There were several items he didn't include or change as per my request.
The food took ages to arrive and when it did it was literally stone cold. Gordon Ramsey would have a field day with whoever cooked it, 'IT'S RAW!'
Oh... there was a HAIR IN THE BAKED BEANS!
The bar servers were really nice, which I appreciate as they had nothing to do with the poor quality food.
I don't plan on coming back for breakfast now.

older guy in the bar was very rude. wouldn't go again his name is gary and apparently is the manager. food took forever to come out bacon was gross and barely cooked

Refillable hot drinks are what we usually call in here for, the sevice at the bar downstairs can be very slow, sometimes seems to only be one person on, does tend to be better upstairs, but no always seating so sometimes back downstairs. Overall very good value.

Probably the worst meal (breakfast) I've had at a Weatherspoons, and I eat at one regularly with friends elsewhere. Hence thinking I knew what to expect here. Food arrived either cold or lukewarm. The only hot thing about the meal was the tea.

My friend and I enjoyed a meal and drinks here on the evening of Tuesday, February 4, 2025. The pub was clean and the staff were professional and polite. Food was nicely presented and warm. The toilets were clean and tidy.
